The staff at Joshua Tx huddle house sucks the girls, go from table to table collecting cash from their customers "$20" each to let them grab there [censored] and rub them on your front if ya know what I mean. Very very nasty place. The bath rooms where so disgusting, everyone that worked there looked like they was on some kinda drug. Especially The short waitress . OMG this place is a joke ... no no no never go in this place to eat .

I was in the restaurant with my 3 young children around 10 pm on Friday July 26 2019. when the employee first arrived her first words as she walked thru the door was "y'all lucky I came". from the that point on her whole demeanor was negative. a customer asked her for a refill on his drink and she gave him a real hateful look, buy filled it anyways. she complained constantly about her job. then one of the waitress(white girl) went the restroom and that's when she begun to talk about the young lady not doing stuff when she CLEARLY wasn't done with her duties. she was talking very loud and obnoxious. REAL ratchet. she was very unprofessional just to say the least. it got to the point where I had to get my children and leave the restaurant. I don't appreciate the way she was carrying on. seems too me she doesn't need nor appreciate having a job.

I was in Swainsboro at the huddle house on 7/20/19 I ordered the chopped steak with gravy. The chopped steak was bland tasting and there was on a table spoon of gravy and the extra bowl of gravy I ordered was cold. My girlfriend ordered the southern smothered biscuits with sausage and they didn't put the cheese or the eggs on it. When she started eating the gravy tasted sour and the sausage patties tasted sour. Credit the server didn't omit the Southern Smothered Biscuits for our bill. I was just submitting this info so something could be done about this. The server was nice but hardly checked on us.

We walked in and they were not that busy but several of the tables had not been. Leaned off, the floors had trash on it and were filthy dirty. We found the cleanest dirtiest table it took them 15 minutes to come clear our table, another 15 minutes for the waitress to come back and take our drink order, another 15 minutes to bring our drinks and take our order. It took 45 minutes to get our food and it was cold and my husband didn't get a complete order of French toast. In the meantime several people came in and left without being waited on and only 2 of the tables by that time had been cleaned off. When my husband went to pay the bill the waitress had given the cook a food ticket and he said he couldn't cook anything because he didn't have any clean dishes. Plus they never came back and asked us if we wanted a drink refill.

I arrived at huddle house with three other guest on 7-13-19 at 11:26. We sat ourselves and waited for service as other people were walking in they were being waited on and we still sat there with not even our drinks. I watched this happen five different times. At 11:54 pm I went up to counter and asked for a manager and the lady at the cash register said what is your problem very rude. This was witnessed by the guest with me. I said will we have been sitting here and no one will wait on us. The other waitress said I am sorry we have busy and I didn't see you. The other waitress at the cash register told the other one do not apologize to me. At this point two of the people with me walked out. And I started to let them know how long I had been there but was blew off. So we walked out. In all my life I have never treated so poorly by staff at any restaurant. I was refused to be told if there was a manager or not. This made a huge impact on all four of us. I don't know who these ladies are but they have no business working with customers.

Ii visited huddle house on 07/03/2019, to get the worst service ever. I used coupons for my husband and I, just to get an order that was not done. I asked for it to be cooked differently and never received the order. At checkout I asked them to remove it from my bill and they said they couldn't because I used a coupon. I was highly pissed because we didn't enjoy our meal. How can you enjoy your breakfast without having your meat . It will be a long time before we return . I frequent this restaurant often, but no time soon.

It was myself with my 2 children, time was approximately 6:30pm, 6/28/2019. Literally, 2 tables besides us and 1 had already been eating. We ordered 2 orders of pancakes, a waffle, with eggs and bacon. Ticket time was over 40 minutes. When pointed out, we were told grill is only so big. Cook was staring into lala land and nothing was on the grill. Received food, bacon wasn't crispy as asked, and pancakes we're dry and over done. Mentioned to the waitress, she said sorry but offered nothing else. Asked for box and to go cup, she said one moment. We waited. She sat at other end of restaurant and began rolling silverware. I approached her and she said "oh yeah, I forgot.". She dropped our check, no discount. I asked for manager on duty. NO manager on duty. I've been in the service industry for over 17 years and not one time have I ever been so appalled with the way this place is ran. No way to provide a discount on a failed dinner service, no manager on duty to enforce rules or sense of urgency, the staff was clearly not into working not were they concerned with making sure things were done efficiently or properly. Several times, I watched the waitress clear dirty plates and not wash her hands once the entire time. I don't believe this establishment should be allowed to run so poorly. $30.22 I paid for slow, overdone food and the service was just careless and rude .

I live only 6 miles from the Huddle House in the Flying J truck stop in Frystown, off of I-78. I like to eat there at least once a month. I am appalled by the condition of the seating at this location. The seats are torn, crumbling and have been for years. This place is so uninviting as a result. Why hasn't the interior of the restaurant been updated to present an inviting dining experience?

All the employees seem to be high on something, can't remember our orders, takes very long for us to get our food! They don't wash there hands. They let people in no uniform come in and start cooking. People's food without washing there hands. They never get our orders right. Tonight the manager was in the store the whole entire time we were there. The manager let 2 guys come in behind counter and start cooking. I got 45 min for employee to ring our order up and kept asking the manager for her help and kept shaking her head at him. As we heard her tell a customer, it takes 15 minutes for them to clean grill every time we come by the light are always off, and there not taking customers at that time?!

Hello. We live in Sparta, TN. We are at our local Huddle House. Where we frequent regularly. Today Saturday June 8th at 12:15pm We ordered philly omelette with hash browns wheat toast with a waffle. My order was 1 egg om with 1 slice white toast one piece of sausage. All toast not toasted. Waffle white and raw in the middle. Sent waffle and all toast back. Second waffle cooked through. Second round of toast still not toasted and cold. Very unhappy. Don't understand how the food made it to the table looking like it did. I was a server years ago and I know better than to take uncooked food to a
table. Will be a long time before coming back.
