Huddle House review: Huddle house in FarmVille VA is either shut down do to maintenance issues, computer issues or the food is not cooked right

On Sunday January 7th my wife and her Family went to the Huddle house in FarmVille Va and the service was terrible. The waitress and the cook seemed to be beefing and the waitress made the cook pay for my wife’s food that was not cooked right. Then when my wife said she would pay for it the waitress said no the cook will and then told my wife thank you and good bye indicating that she and her family needed to go. Also during the meal the family stated that the food tasted like old grease. The cook also stated that he had to substitute items because he did not have enough food. Today on Tuesday the 9th I tried to get something to eat and the store is shut down due to the system being down. This thing goes down a lot. Can we do something about these people and the system that’s being used?
