Huddle House review: phone answering

I called this location 10 times trying to place an order and it ranged several times and hung it. This is poor customer service and I'm very upset about this.
Huddle House should also take care of the customers that want to order over the telephone. How could they just let the phone ring for a long period of time like that? I called back a total of 10 times and still didn't get an answer.
