Huddle House review: my complaint primarily deals with service.

My complaint is regarding the service I received at the Huddle House in Lake City, SC. I entered your facility, waited for a server, inquired about the menu and ordered breakfast. I think it was the Big Breakfast Platter. I waited over 10 minutes for coffee and water. Then my actual breakfast arrived in portions. First, the country ham and grits arrived, then 5 minutes later, the eggs and hash browns arrived. The hash browns were cold, so I informed the waitress and she removed the hash browns and eggs. She returned with both of them about 10-15 minutes later. The eggs were cold and I never received the wheat toast I ordered. The waitress, whom was referred to as Sam, a female employee became very rude and nasty in her words and tone of voice. So, I informed her that I was trying to be patient and respectful, but I could not eat my meal in portions. I was anticipating all my meal at one time. Mrs. Sam became rude and loud and stated to me, "then you can just go on out the door", and abruptly walked away and never returned to my table. I felt humiliated, embarrassed and unfairly treated for no apparent reason. Pictures of the food left on the table is shown below. So I left the Huddle House and ate elsewhere. I do not know the issues with the waitress, but I though her behavior warranted reporting. In addition, I also noted that there were several items listed on the menu that were unavailable. Their stock items and inventory were limited. In addition, the server had school age children she had on the job while working, during business hours.
