Hoverboard charger and battery
These cowboys need to be stopped. Hoverboard didn't hold the charge had to be charged after 10 minutes of use. 2 weeks after getting it charger went on fire and thankfully the fire was maintained and didnt cause much damage. Asked for a replaced charger and battery and get the same bloody emails about videos. How can I take a video if I don't have a charger. Child hasn't played with it since. Waste of money

Hoverboard purchased for Christmas for my daughter and was broken when we removed it from the box
I purchased a hover board for Christmas for my daughter from Hoverboard- Ireland. It was broken when it came out of the box. The wheel cover ( black strip) that covers the electrics was broken and wouldn't sit properly hence it can't be used. It also has a mark on the side, scratch in the chrome straight out of the box. This is supposed to be a brand new item! It's been back in the box ever since and nobody is replying to my messages to return it. I have been messaging the page since Christmas Eve when we noticed the damage. It's so frustrating and I have a very upset eight year old, which is understandable as I have no Christmas present for her. Would really appreciate if someone would contact me [protected].

Hoverboard is not working problem with battery light and buzzing noise
I have been in contact with marsboard since april 2020 they have admitted that there is a fault with the hoverboard I purchased in October 2019.
They have stopped responding to my emails and advised that I need to travel nearly 2 hours of a journey to get it repaired while the country was in lockdown and wanted me to pay this expense with no certainty that I would be reimbursed for this expense.
I paid €199.99 for the hoverboard and is within warranty.
Would like this issue to be resolved with either a replacement board or refund.
I asked marsboard could they arrange courier to get the hoverboard fixed, since they have failed to reply to my emails.
I have made contact with consumer rights in relation to this matter also and they are looking into it.

Very disappointed, bought during Christmas and stopped working after short time. Their customer service agreed renewal and we be told it had been confirmed otheir warehouse May 2021. But they didn’t send us one. And we send following up email many times nobody reply. Very unhappy

faulty hoverboard
This crowd claim to be powered by Shopify. They sent me a defective hoverboard, which I sent back for repair. They sent it back in the same defective state. I then sent it back for a refund. Last I heard they were 'processing' my refund. That was over 3 weeks ago, and since then they have ignored all my follow up emails. Complete scammers. Their website is Hoverboard-Ireland.com
My daughters hoverboard is still under warranty bought from hoverboard ireland order number ms14119,it is a 2020 new starry sky 6.5 led wheel hoverboard,it only holds the charge for 10 minutes
I bought a hoverboard and cart accessory for my sons 8th birthday he will turn turn 9 in June and I've had a problem with a yellow light since my sons 2nd go it stopped mid use and threw him on the ground it talks in Chinese accent always says Bluetooth connected but the yellow light won't turn off even if you charged it for a week it wouldn't go not that I tried it but I did try 24 hours its fully charged and nothing. they asked for me to send it for a repair or replacement if the product was defective in any way clearly they know what the problem was or is as the board came back this time his first go using his cart he went top of the road turned around set off and then just stopped beeping like hell then I turned it offand on again the yellow light appeared and my son said Dad everything on the Internet is fake I love my hoverboard but never got to play on it My heart broke 💔 is their anyway to contact these scammers or locate them? What department do you have to report to about the incident at play these boards are dangerous enough without them being of good quality👌 the speed is fast enough for kids and to stop mid drive and next thing your child is in mid flight threw no fault of their own the electrics don't hold up.. warranty is up in few weeks so i guess I'm €399 out of pocket becausethey can't seem to respond to your emails its a shame they are targeting children's safety by carelessly making faulty products could someone please share some links for consumer rights complaints board as i travel to UK for work and i only know of trading standards and if im correct i think that's only UK im not sure of the name in ireland Thanks in Advance much appreciated

I ordered one for Christmas for my daughter it came the wrong Colour and an American charger that broke ! I have been emailing for 5 weeks only for them telling me every time that it’s on the way ! I also have a concern. I ordered a hoverboard 2 weeks ago. Did not yet arrive. When I contacted them they said they did not have it in their Irish warehouse. I am very suspicious. I have emailed them and told not to worry to check with my DPD couriers.
Do you have an email or contact for them as I only bought the new starry sky 6.5 hover board in end of August, when it arrived the cover was torn and box it was in looked as if it was used . I have stopped my daughter from using it as the battery power keeps shutting down in mid use and throws my daughter off with a jolt as the board gives no warning the battery power is low . It reads full battery power . I haven’t been able to contact them direct and they have no details on there website except for this service@hoverboard-ireland.com ? I would not recommend marsboard / hover board-Ireland .com
They are definite fakes coming in from China ...
