HotelValues – Hotel transfer/cancellation

Dera sir/madam,

It was a shocked to find out the air-cond system broke down at Hotel Mercure Grenoble Centre Alpotel when we checked in on 1st July 2024. The hotel has transferred Mr Lai booking to Hotel Mercure Grenoble centre President after our complaints. Some of us have to stay back in this hotel without A/C due to limited room at Mercure President.

We have to pay additional at President hotel meanwhile waiting for the refund.

Please process the refund. You may check with both hotels to get the details.
