Hooters review: Service and food despicable

My family has been going to Hooters restaurants for over 20 years. We recently went to the Hooters in Orland Park, Illinois. From the time we walked in to the time we left was the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. After being told there was a 1/2 hour wait we went to the bar and ordered a few drinks. After about 15 minutes, I went to the hostess and told her that we were on the other side of the bar when she called us. Needless to say they never came over when our table was ready and gave our table to someone else. We told her she never came over and she argued with us about it. Finally someone cam over and took us to a table. We ordered our food and the food was cold, I ordered crab legs and they brought no utensils, the fries were in bits. It was just gross! The waitress was horrible. We told a manager and the first manager told us well we are busy tonight and have a lot of birthdays. Unacceptable. After spending $200.00 in that place, they gave us a $20.00 credit. Really? I will never step foot in that Hooters again. I just think someone should know because that Hooters gets a lot of patrons and if they are treating their customers like this, it won't be there for long. Thanks.
