Hooters review: Poor take out service, missing item in order

restaurant in M9W 5E8 location
ordered take out and was not inform of a missing item in the meal
only realized it was missing an item on take out meal combo when I got home
and when I called thats the only time they told me they don't have that item
it was really upsetting as I was not made aware and if they don't have that item they should be given an alternate item to replace it
also food is poorly cooked esp the fries
not satisfied
