Upon arriving there was no parking available. First time here. I had to circle the facility until I found a space. The do offer free valet parking. LOL. They should recommend you showing up a least 30 - 60 minutes to find a space that is walking distance to the Dr's office.
Upon check-in I met the rudest receptionist I met in a long while. Once people see you're an older individual. They automatically think you can't hear or use a computer. What's worse they treat you like a child.
I told her I didn't need to file out paperwork that I had already done so. She said the forms were filled out. She spoke very loudly. I'm not hard of hearing. She then showed me the iPad to fill out some financial forms. However, she just flicked the screen, and the forms were scrolling past. I am not computer illiterate. I know how to use a computer. You don't need to YELL. I canceled my appointment right there and then. I gave them 1 star because I was prompted too. I don't want to give them even 1 star.
Recommendation: Try another dermatology office
