HonorHealth review: Do not send flowers to your loved one at honor health hospitals

I attempted to send flowers to my sister at the Honor Health hospital at 9003 Shea in Scottsdale., AZ. The flower shop attempted delivery twice! Hospital front desk told him she was not there. When I called, front desk transferred me to 3rd floor and nurses station confirmed sister was there. Front desk told me sister was discharged! Nurses station said they are trained to say that unless sister puts you on the "friends" list. They did that, Again flower shop attempted to deliver the flowers. Front desk again said sister was not there. Called 3rd floor and nurse (who said she was at nurses station 3F) said she would go down and get flowers from delivery man. Called delivery man while he is standing at front desk and front desk tells him there is no nurses station called 3F. Do Not get flowers delivered to Honor Health. It's impossible to get them to the patient room!
