HonorHealth review: Billing is not responsibility

FACT: Honor Health bought Cigna now called Health Spring.

FACT: NOT MY DECISION TO MAKE THE SALE AND MUCK UP MY ACCOUNT.

FACT: During the transition ALL MY PRESCRIPTIONS were canceled due to the blunder by the changeover.

FACT: Health Spring and Honor Health made the decision to make a TeleMed appt. for me.
RE: PCP’s ofc closed until mid Feb 2026. TeleMed with NP would refill Rx till I could see my PCP.
I was not told of the charge that would be billed to me.

FACT: I did have the service and Rx’s were refilled.
This would not have happened if the employee’s, so called educated employee’s of Honor Health, did their jobs correctly and did it right the first time. This muck up is not my responsibility and the bill is to be removed from my account immediately.

FACT: By your actions, I realize that you believe, that you can intimidate, threaten, harass, coerce, and bully patients / Ins. members into doing what you want us to do. SHAME ON YOU!

If I could change to another insurance company I would.
