If you dont know know Todd Lewis, just Google Todd lewis Blue Tax and you'll have a great idea. In amplification of his behavior for he know goes by the fake name Mitch Agnew, a name he pulled our of thin air in order to prevent prospective clients from googling his name and seeing who the true Todd Lewis is. What's worse is that on the honest tax BBB page, the comments / reviews are mostly fake and posted by the salesman themselves once again in an effort to deceive the honest person looking to due their due diligence prior to hiring a tax firm. Beware, new company name, same devious and dishonest guy at the helm.

Sorry you both feel the way you do. Tony, we have never met but I would be happy to have a conversation with you regarding this. I don't see that our firm has ever called you so not sure how we would be guilty of illegal telemarketing. We take call compliance very seriously over here. It looks like you may have been called by a marketer that then transferred to us. One of our requirements of hiring marketing firms is they must be in full compliance with telemarketing laws. While we investigate, we will stop using the marketing company that reached out to you and continue to insist on only using fully complaint marketing sources. Sorry for an inconvenience this may have caused you.
Andy, to answer your question, yes Todd Lewis is indeed the owner of the firm. After working at Blue Tax and having no ownership of that company, he wanted to build a company that was different then other companies out there. He saw what Blue Tax did to its customers and he wanted no part of it. That is why he took time off and opened Honest Tax years later. In fact, Todd has invited any client that was done wrong by Blue Tax to call us here at Honest Tax to help remedy any issue that was caused by his former employer.
In addition Andrew, we don't see you as a client either. In fact, we don't even see your name in our database. these guys are scum telemarketers. my number is on the DNC and they still call. I don't have a tax problem. IN FACT, I prepare taxes for a living. Why these criminals would resort to illegal telemarketing is beyond comprehension.
