Very rude when I picked up the phone. Wouldnt tell me the name of the company and the nature of the call, but expected me to share my personal information. VERY unprofessional.

Despicable. After paying a debt without being provided the proof of debt to have it removed from my credit reporting - they took the money and left it in my file, for seven years this will be dragging my credit.

Twice, I had someone demand my account number, with no explanation of who they were, or in to what account number they were referring to
Twice, I had someone demand my account number, with no explanation of who they were, or in to what account number they were referring to. Then, both times they decided to hang up on me when I asked who they were. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful.

I work for a law firm that frequently receives hospital liens from PASI. Out of all the lien and collection companies that we have to deal with, they are by far the slowest and have the worst customer service. They never respond whether you call or email. Every once and a while, I will get someone who responds to my email or a CSR will take my phone call and there are no notes in my client's file, they can't find the file, and they can't find the request that I sent in. Additionally, they will take weeks or months to respond to a request. It is hard to close out cases and get PASI paid when they take this long.

Their responses just further validate reviews left. I was called today, no message was left. They said my name, which I confirmed. They then asked my birthday and I said no. The person hung up when I said no. I called back and asked them to provide me more information and they refused. Assuming this is a scam with their lack of professionalism and lack of information given, I told them I thought it was a scam. The caller denied. They need training. They have zero compassion or understanding when someone is questioning their legitimacy, which is baffling considering the amount of scammers out there and everything currently going on in our world today. There is always room for improvement in any job, I hope they have some leader in their company who can glean some information for the consistently low reviews and comments that illustrate a clear pattern and educate their employees.
