Tax relief
I contacted Honest Tax in 2020 to help me reduce my tax liability for 2019 due to my loss of income from Covid 19. Eventually in 2021 I received a statement to pay them over $12K to finalize my case for 2019. However I found out much later that my IRS debt for that year was never reduced. I feel scammed! I have tried to email them and their email address is invalid.
Desired outcome: I want a refund

I contacted Honest Tax in 20-21. Promised they who get me an affordable payment plan. Paid company over $4000. They entered into a payment plan without my consent of $200 a mo 1st year then $1500. They were never authorized to enter into this agreement. Company does not return phone calls or emails. I see on the web, I am not only one having a problem with them. They changed to name. Why do you think that is? I am facings wage attachments, and garnishments from the feds and they will not respond

If you dont know know Todd Lewis, just Google Todd lewis Blue Tax and you'll have a great idea. In amplification of his behavior for he know goes by the fake name Mitch Agnew, a name he pulled our of thin air in order to prevent prospective clients from googling his name and seeing who the true Todd Lewis is.
