I was sued by this company after I left peacefully and returned the keys they also asked if I wanted my deposit I Said no because I was just ready to go due to have me and my family was treated a year later they sue me and send the papers they are suppose to serve me with to a place I don't live at because I'm currently still homeless because of this situation so I received the later after it was to late to respond I am currently having trouble getting an apartment because of this place and they are also sueing me for more money then I originally owe them I at least want to settle for what I originally owe or I will definitely be forced to counter sue.

I never signed any contracts with this company. The account is over 7 years old. The company keeps reopening on my credit report. I don't know why it's on my credit report. I had Nevada State Medicaid from [protected]. I've tried disputing multiple times with no results.

My dad got a call from someone named Annette who works at acctcorp of Southern Nevada. She said she was my coworker at *** staging and was looking for me to help with a stage setup. She called from a number that doesn't work *** but we found another number *** and reached out to her to ask why she didn't contact me directly. I think she was trying to scam me into paying a debt.

I got a bill from Acctcorp of Southern Nevada out of the blue, saying I owe them $7,043.35. This happened because of some mix-up back in 2017 when I had an accident. The lawyer handling my case said they would take care of the doctor's bills, but now Acctcorp is saying the lawyers never paid the clinic. I called them up to ask why I'm suddenly getting this bill, and they said they sent me bills before, but I never got any. They're saying it's my responsibility now, but I never received any bills from the clinic or the collection office. It's frustrating and confusing.

The company says they work for their business clients, but they use old contact info and legal sites. I went to the doctor and they took one of my insurances. I paid my co-pay and told the billing person to call if there were more bills. They called me three weeks later and I paid the rest. They said I was "good." But years later, they sent a bill for the same amount I paid. They never served me, called me, or tried to collect the balance. My job got a garnishment document and told me about it. They took over $1,500, including their crazy legal fees, for a bill under $200. They sent a letter to my old address, even though my mail was forwarded and the house was sold a year ago.

Today, Oct 29th 2021, I got a letter in the mail from Acct Corp of Southern Nevada. It said something about a judgment case they want to settle for money. First of all, I've never heard of these guys. Second, I don't owe anyone anything. Third, nobody has ever contacted me about owing them money. How can there be a judgment against me without even trying to reach me? Just so you know, I've had the same job, address, and phone number for a long time, so it's not hard to find me. Also, they addressed the letter to my middle name, which I don't use for transactions. I want AcctCorp and *** to be investigated for fraud and fined for making up fake balances and bothering people they haven't even tried to contact. It's disgusting to think about how many people they've scammed. I hope we still have some ethical business practices in this country. Let's not let these criminals get away with their scams.
