Furnace repair
During the winter, they came and gave an estimate to repair the furnace. the tech charged for travel time from a previous location and continued to charge after leaving. That additional time was added to the actual time spent at my house. They already have a $50 truck charge on their invoices. When I called the next day to inquire, the person in the office told me that they only start charging once onsite. When I called again after that to ask for a partial refund, once he knew who I was, he said they do charge from the previous job and then afterwards to the next location. That is not what they said originally. He never gave me a partial refund. Beware of this company; they practice unfair pricing.
p.s. They never mentioned this type of billing up front, when I made the appointment - that they charge from the previous site and thereafter.
watch out for the 11& fee if you use credit
Hi, I had these guys clean my ducts. They do good work but they don't move anything when the blow the junk around so your stuff gets coated with the mess and they have a huge vacuum but they don't clean up anything afterwords. My main complaint is they take credit cards but they tack on a hidden 11% fee. They don't list this one there website or tell you on the phone. i called and complained and I got the usual response we'll note your complaint and did not take it seriously. My licenced plumber and electrician doesn't charge me 11% to take a credit car. Oh, they also charge you a out of suburb fee when your like 10 miles away. Needless to say the lost my repeat business
PS. they also Clogged my A-coil and I had to Have It cleaned a few weeks later these guys suck

And we do not charge a travel fee at all, unless you are in a very far outer ring of the metro area, This is divulged up front and the homeowner has the ability to accept that travel fee, or choose another service provider. We have a tremendous track record of not making a mess and our technicians have 8 to 32 years of experience, We use state of the art equipment and do a very good job in all we do, There is no way to look up this customers information in our data base, as they are hiding behind anonymity, but much of this sounds to be fabricated or distorted .
