I bought a spa from Paradise Spas & Outdoor Living on 03/21/2022 for $13,148.32. The company didn't follow through on their commitment to upgrade the spa top lift for an additional charge of $599. They also failed to provide accurate information during the sales process, and there was miscommunication on delivery. When the spa was delivered, it was missing parts and the contracted delivery service wanted additional fees. We've been waiting for almost 3 months for the lift cover that fits, and we've been promised delivery and installation on at least 3 occasions. We've spoken to several different levels of sales reps, management, and warehouse reps, but everyone promises something different and says they'll resolve our problem. One manager said he had a lift cover in stock, but we would have to drain the water for installation. Another salesman said our spa didn't have a drain plug, and we needed to purchase a pump to remove the water. We used the free sample kit of chemicals for the water before finding out it needed to be drained. It's been frustrating dealing with the company, and we're still waiting for a resolution.
