HomeGoods review: Refused to sell me at advertised price

I went to a store today that had two signs that clearly showed the furniture listed as $399, but the ticket was marked at $499.99. The manager refused to sell it to me at the advertised price. She said it was an employee's error. I thought legally they were supposed to give it to you at the price advertised. It was very disappointing that she didn't because I fell in love with the furniture.
