Service: it's 8:58 pm Saturday 12-22-18 and my carriage has been taken by an associate and returned all my items. A manager Radioed on Phone to associates if anyone had seen my carriage. And associate responded and proceeded to take me to where she put away all the items at. I am probably missing an item or two but the majority of items especially for what I came here for was retrievedAt this time the line is not three rows over it is now two rows over which is a positive thing. This is my first time in this store location. Because the line is so long I asked an associate if she could put a hold LAMMA items till the morning when you open and she said she could only hold him until the end of store closing. I've been in the store for hours and looks like I'm not going to get out of that line until the store closes. My first experience at the store not a very good one but I guess I shoul chalk it up as I'm happyI got most my items back. I doubt I'll be returning to the store in the future.
