I ain't gonna lie, my experience with HomeEssentialsDepot was not the best. I was looking for a specific product and found it on their website. I placed my order and was excited to receive it soon. But, boy oh boy, was I wrong!
After a week of waiting, I checked my order status and it still said "not yet shipped." I was like, "What the heck?" So, I decided to reach out to them and ask what was going on. And guess what? They told me that the product was out of stock! Like, seriously? Why didn't they tell me that earlier?
