This company messed up 3 lawns. I had to redo the entire front yard. They always put the blame on the customer and never take responsibility. They'll blame you for using too much water, too little water, watering at the wrong times. They just tell you to be patient for over a year. I wasted my time with them completely. I got absolutely nothing out of it. If you look at any lawns they've worked on, you'll notice big problems. Check out all the bad reviews on Yelp. They shouldn't be allowed to get any new customers.

I canceled my services with Plant It Earth in ***. The team came in October and started the application. I went outside and told them to go away because the service had been canceled. The service team came back in November and did the application again. I called the Plant it Earth office. They said their records show that I canceled in September, but they said they will send the bill for *** to collections.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Plant It Earth, Inc. I mean, seriously, they straight up ignored the sign on my front door that says "Private Property, No Trespassing, No Soliciting, Post No Bills, No Door Hangers." It's in English and Spanish, for crying out loud! And to make matters worse, they did this not just once, but multiple times between June 6th and June 17th. Can you believe that?

Now, here's the thing. Me and my family, we love to travel. We're always on the go, exploring new places and having a blast. But when we're away, the last thing we want is some door hanger advertising their services hanging on our door. It's like a big ol' sign saying, "Hey burglars, come on in! Nobody's home!" I mean, seriously, it's just asking for trouble.

I get it, mistakes happen. But come on, Plant It Earth, Inc. You gotta be more careful. Respect people's property and privacy, ya know? It's not that hard. So, if you're thinking about hiring these guys, just keep in mind that they might not pay attention to your signs or respect your boundaries. And that's a big red flag in my book.

On 5/1, I noticed my back lawn was dying, so I decided to reach out to Plant It Earth, Inc. I informed them about the issue, and they sent one of their technicians to spray my lawn. However, I specifically mentioned that they were not supposed to service my back lawn, as I never made a call requesting such service. Taking care of my sister keeps me busy, and I often arrive home late in the evening. Unfortunately, for a period of eight months, they did nothing to address the problems with my back lawn.

Then, on August 13, 2022, I had a conversation with a person named Joe. To my disappointment, he attempted to intimidate me. Due to their failure to provide any service for my back yard during those eight months, I believe they owe me $200.00.

Overall, my experience with Plant It Earth, Inc. has been quite unsatisfactory.

So, I hired Plant It Earth, Inc. to spray my plants, but boy, did they mess up! They sprayed 'em and killed 'em all. And get this, I even recommended them to three of my neighbors! Can you believe it? They promised to fix the problem, but they never showed up. I was so frustrated that I decided to file a complaint. I spoke to this guy named Chris, who claimed to be the manager. But let me tell you, he was a real piece of work. We were on the phone, and Chris didn't put me on hold fast enough. I overheard his parent in the background, and they cursed me out! Can you believe the nerve? When I confronted Chris about it, he just hung up on me. They claim to record their calls, so I hope they listen to this one.

I'm really upset with Plant It Earth, Inc. I'm getting charged for services that they didn't even do. In April , I specifically asked them not to spray my backyard. They promised that the owner would call me with new pricing, but guess what? I never got that call. And to make matters worse, they didn't provide any service at all in May . Then in June , they had the audacity to leave a bill on my door without even doing anything. I was home with my fiancée on the back porch, and we didn't see anyone from Plant It Earth. Plus, my twin brothers were here working for me, and they were outside too, and they didn't see anyone either. Now, Plant It Earth is threatening to send me to collections. They're trying to charge me for May and June, but they already admitted that they didn't come in May. This is just ridiculous!

Plant It Earth, Inc. was supposed to spray my yard for weeds and fertilize it. But let me tell you, they didn't do a good job at all. I'm not even sure if they sprayed anything, to be honest. They left bills on my door without even checking if I was home. How rude!

I tried telling them multiple times that they weren't killing the weeds, but it seemed like they didn't care. Finally, they sent a guy over who left a note, but he didn't even bother to put his name on it. He just said they couldn't kill the weeds in my bahia grass. Well, if they knew that from the beginning, why did they bother spraying in the first place?

I've been trying to cancel their service through phone calls and emails, but they just ignored me and kept spraying my yard three more times. Now they're threatening to send my account to collections. Can you believe it? I'm even thinking about suing them for lying about being a good lawn company.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with Plant It Earth, Inc. They didn't do what they were supposed to do, and their customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

In December , Plant It Earth came to our yard like they usually do for our monthly service. But this time, something went wrong 'cause they ended up killing our grass in front of our house. I had to bug 'em with several calls before they finally sent someone over to check it out. They admitted they messed up and promised to replace the grass in the springtime. So, we waited and put up with the dead patch for three whole months. The manager, Joe, told us they'd come on March 29, 2022, to fix it up. But guess what? Today, on Monday, March 28, when I called him to confirm the time, he straight up told me they ain't gonna replace the yard no more. He said it's our problem now. This company is just plain awful. Their customer service is a joke, they never call back, and when they do, they just lie to get their money. They wrecked our property and don't even take responsibility for it. It's just disgusting.

I've been in touch with this company every week since the end of July . When they treated my yard, the grass, not the weeds, got mostly killed in the backyard and there are many patches in the front yard. They've sent someone out multiple times to check the problem, but it's never been resolved. They just blame the weather, the lawn cutting company, and other things. The last time someone came out was in mid-September and they said it was definitely a problem and they would re-sod the affected area. It's been three weeks since then and I haven't heard from them. I called this morning and Joe told me that nothing can be done unless he comes out to see it. The last time I talked to Joe, he said he would come to look at the lawn, but he never showed up. Instead, Terry, the employee who promised the sod, came and took pictures of the lawn and sent them to Joe. But now, Joe says he's never spoken to me before. Joe's customer service, as a supervisor, is rude at best. Terry has always tried to help, but nothing gets resolved. I feel like they just want me to go away and stop using their service.

We started service with PIE cuz my neighbor told me about 'em. We bought this house in Sept 2021 and had a real nice lawn that I wanted to keep lookin' good. But then I started seein' a bunch of weeds poppin' up in my backyard. I asked the guy who was sprayin' our yard to call me so we could talk about it, but he never did. So, I had to call and cancel the service in June this year. Finally, he called me back and we talked about the weeds. He said he ain't never seen any weeds, but I told him I could show 'em. The only time I'm available is after 4:30 or on the weekends. We set up an appointment for a Saturday mornin' in July, but he called the Friday before and canceled. So, I called again and canceled my service. Then, a manager named *** came to my house on August 3rd, 2022. We walked around the area together and he agreed that they messed up. He said, "I know you didn't ask for this, but I'm gonna give you the next two months for free and bring some sod to fix your yard." In September, I called 'em 'cause they billed me again, but they fixed it. However, I never got any sod, and now my once beautiful *** yard has serious problems 'cause of their carelessness. All I want is for 'em to put my yard back the way it was!
