Horrid service and couldnt complete job! Overpriced too! Do not recommend at all!

I was very pleased with the time it took and the efficient work that was done. I will not hesitate to use Handyman Hub again for any future home repair needs.

Handyman Hub did an excellent job on several projects we had at our home. They knew what they were doing, did it well, and were very honest, charging me less than contracted because it took them less time. I will definitely ask for them again on my next project.

I am a first time client. I appreciated the work that was done on the drywall in our bathroom. The handyman accessed the work that needed to be done and he completed it. I appreciated the fact that he took the time he needed and I did not feel like my job was being rushed to get to the next job.

Terrible customer service. They made promises which were not kept. Then they accused me of not telling the truth about what their scheduler told me what they could do. Then the handyman scheduled to come out to perform the job called me and cancelled without an explanation. I will post my experience on our neighborhood web site Nextdoor and recommend to all not to do business with them.

They sent out an incompetent person (Bob G.) who damaged my beautiful wood stairs when they dropped an oak mirror. Painting was sloppy and worthless. Sections are peeling and bubbling after just 7 months. Will have to have this completely redone. Guides on the closet were not attached to the flooring, just the carpet. Needless to say they do not work. Appears there was no vetting of the person sent out. What a waste of my hard earned money. [No appropriate text replacement for "***"]

We hired Handyman Hub for some simple electrical wall switch swaps (4), a bathroom fan/light combo swap, and to place hardware for sound bar on a flat screen TV. The work was done professionally but the pricing was a RIP OFF. I should have just hired an electrician instead of playing their statistical game of high- low pricing where the rep suggests the mean between the two. It cost $480 - if they weren't already there, we should have sent them packing. NEVER AGAIN!

Was NOT impressed! Cancelled twice and was going to reschedule the third time. The first time the guy was at my house he wanted to use my bathroom, and I said, "NO"! I don't allow strangers using my bathroom when there's Covid Issues! I couldn't believe it when he asked me. Then he had the office call and set an appointment, and the next day he called and wanted to come an hour and a half early. I said No again, because I wasn't ready and not dressed, and then he said to reschedule then! What a joke! Wouldn't ever recommend them!

I love my new bathroom! It wasn't just a remodel, Handyman Hub had to add a new shower in the basement so it was a big deal. They removed a wall to convert part of an unfinished room to the shower area. They installed a new wall, drywall, plumbing, tile, new luxury vinyl flooring, paint, and fixtures. I really appreciate that they don't start another job until yours is complete so your house isn't torn up longer than necessary. I also like that they give you a price range instead of bidding high to cover those "just in case" scenarios. I would definitely recommend Handyman Hub and will use them again.

No other work that has ever been done on my house is as fine as that exceptional work performed from Handyman Hub. He fixed burglar alarm sensors to my doors so that they won't fall off and set of the alarm in the middle of the night; he painted exquisitely around my front door after cement work had been done; he eliminated the space under the floorboards under which rainfall and debris entered the house; finally he did magnificent drywall work on a busted inside wall that suffered damage before cement work was performed outside the house. He's the hundred point man. The King should Knight him.

This was the worst handyman service we have ever had--overpriced, but more importantly, very poor craftsmanship. We had just a few things to be done at one of our rentals and the guy they sent was totally inept! He did a lousy job on the calking of baseboard molding, getting it on the floor and the wall surface. He was to fix the bathtub, and said he found a shower leak at the head--first he said he would need to tear out the wall, then he said he would just apply plumber's tape and see if that might fix it. My husband had to call him trying to get an update, and he never called back to let us know if the tape fixed it. At this point we are waiting to hear back from our tenant as far as what he did. Also, the window shade he picked up for us and hung appears too short, but he hung it anyway. Unknown to us the bid did not include the materials, but we were never told this. So over $600 later, my husband (who is disabled) is going to have to go out and clean up his work. We will never, never use this company again! Even one star is too much for this company!

Awful, abysmal, overpriced and impossible to take seriously. The individual, who they term to be a "craftsman" and who prepared the bid is anything but knowledgeable and would more aptly be considered a joke. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE NOT FIRST OBTAINED PRIOR BONA-FIDE ESTIMATES AT YOUR OWN PERIL! To Wit, Handyman Hub was contacted by me to get a bid for laying CoreTek Luxury Vinyl, already provided by me, on the main level in the adjacent areas of the laundry room, the 1/2 bath powder room and the wet-bar area. First, let me begin by saying that the individual told me they would be removing the toilet and asked me if I wanted to use the same one or a new replacement toilet. The bid stated the exact opposite. Second, I told the individual that I wanted the old flooring material "removed" covering a very small area in the laundry room to which he replied they wouldn't be able to and could only place it over the existing flooring. This baffled me because I spoke with 5 different flooring contractors and it was no problem. Anyway, their estimate was in orbit and is accurately restated as follows: LABOR ESTIMATE: TYPICAL COMPETITION ESTIMATE: $1,049.00 GROSS ESTIMATE NOT TO EXCEED: $980.00 AND AS LOW AS $820.00 The high-side of the other bids did not exceed $600 max. Last, when I asked for a copy of his bid, he said I'd need to take a picture even though there were multiple paper copies readily available. Also, just an fyi, our initial meeting was supposed to be last Saturday which he said was not the best date for me. To no avail getting an alternate date, I stuck with the Saturday appointment just to have them call me at the last moment saying they needed to change it. In short, this company, in my opinion, has long ceased to truly give a care about what's best for the customer and is instead, only out for the money. IT SHOWS!

Very pleased with the quality of work Jesse with Handyman Hub has done for me this past month. I had two lists of various projects I needed done. All projects and "fix its" were completed in a professional manner and the work was top notch! I highly recommend! Thank you for providing a reliable service and qualify professionals.
