I gotta say, I was really excited to get the Porch Potty from porchpotty.com. I mean c'mon, who wouldn't want a nice little space for their furry friend to do their business right on your porch? But man oh man, what a letdown. I shelled out 300 big ones for this thing and it's just a piece of garbage. First off, my pup absolutely hates it. Not sure what it is, but every time I try to get her to use it, she just looks at me like I'm crazy and then runs away to pee somewhere else.

But even if she did use it, there's a bigger problem - it smells like death! I know, I know, I should be cleaning it out regularly and following the instructions to a T, but even when I do that, the dang thing just doesn't drain properly. The grass sits way too low on the plastic part and then the urine just sits there and rots. And let me tell you, it ain't a pretty smell. I've even tried cleaning it with a bunch of different stuff (some recommended by the company itself) and nothing does the trick. It's just a lost cause.

And to top it all off, these guys only give you 7 days to return it! Talk about a scam. I'm telling you folks, save your money and don't even bother with the Porch Potty. It's a rip off and your house will smell like a dumpster fire.

Product need serious improvements. The hose connection to the base is a hole you gotta put the hose in and nothing stopping it from leaking. My hole was miss-shaped, no way to connect. Porch Potty didn't heed my concerns, kept offering more hoses that wouldn't have worked and left me hanging for weeks with no solution. Only after filing a dispute with PayPal did I receive a refund, PorchPotty even tried to sweet-talk me into cancelling the dispute (fat chance you get your refund then - PayPal until the end!). If you do buy this product, best consult a plumber, get a plastic gromet, apply liquid silicone and spend a good hour tinkering with it. Best to also put a tray (I used 4x BBQ trays fastened together) under the grass, otherwise it never dries out and smells bad. This product requires a trip to Bunnings and some truly inventive plumbing work. Forget the hose, it's crap, and honestly don't bother buying it. Not worth the time and money. And if you do, make sure PayPal will sort it out!

I had to get another piece of turf from this site because everyone said it was the bomb.com. Got a little problem with shipping, though. I was all set up to work from home that day to receive my package; didn't want no issues, you know what I'm sayin'? But then, no delivery, no call, no nothing. I checked my camera and saw that the delivery guy dun just left one those "missed delivery" notes. Well, turns out that I didn't get my package until 5 freakin' days later. Why, you ask? Because that driver dun messed up and didn't leave it at the pickup location. I called the shipping guys, and they're all like, "we can't give you a refund unless the product makers say so, yo." I figured that'd be easy enough, but it turned out to be a mess. I emailed those Porch Potty peeps, gave 'em my shipping number, and then...nuttin'. After two reminders, I still haven't heard anything after a month. This is hands down one of the most headachey customer service experiences I've had. It's just unprofessional to not even get back to your customers. I was really hopeful they'd fix things up because they got an a'ight product. But not worth the hassle when there are much better companies making stuff like this with great service. Trust your girl and take your business elsewhere.

I even reached out to Porch Potty customer service with my concerns, but they just told me to do the same things I'd already been doing. So frustrating! You'd think for the price they charge, they'd use plastic with Microban technology to prevent bacteria buildup from urine and feces.

In the end, I've spent over $300 on my smelly Porch Potty, and I'm just gonna throw it all in the trash. Save your money and avoid Porch Potty. The product and customer service are both a disappointment.

I felt like a melon after reading online reviews, thinking that I could just purchase one easily from a store nearby. But I soon found out that wasn't the case. Nevertheless, their customer service was quick to my call and immediately shipped the synthetic grass for me. Though, I must say that it took almost a whole week for it to arrive. It would have been really cool if they could have shipped it faster.

Since the Porch Potty arrived, my pup is slowly learning to train there. I must confess, the process isn't easy at first. But after some patience and time, my pup is now very comfortable using it. And to make matters worse, I noticed they were selling the same product on Ebay for a whopping $259 with free shipping! Like, seriously, what kind of scam is this? Even with a discount code, I'd still be better off buying from a different seller.

I was really disappointed by this, especially since I had already bought their cover and was planning on buying another one for my second location. But now I'm not so sure. I just can't support a company that doesn't have their customers' best interests at heart. I mean, sure, I need that training sod, but I'd rather buy a smaller piece from Amazon than give Porch Potty any more of my hard-earned cash.

But dang, no one hit me back for a minute, so I had to slide into their DMs on other social media platforms. And when I finally got a response, it was whack - they didn't even answer my question! Then, when they did give me some info on when the item would be back in stock, it was straight up wrong. Their customer service for Australia is wack, my partner and I were promised that we'd be put on the mailing list but we ain't heard nothing yet. Thankfully, I check the Porch Potty website every damn day or we'd probably miss out again. Ain't happy with their service so far. If I could find something similar somewhere else, I'd be moving on from Porch Potty for reals.

They say the Basin holds 2 gallons on one part of the website and 3 gallons on another part. Also, the website says that shipping is done by FedEx but when checking out, UPS is the only option offered. Moreover, I gave them a call but was only told that I would receive a call back, but all I got was a text saying "You are in the queue to be called back. In the meantime, feel free to text back your question, so we can be best prepared." I did what they asked and sent them a text, but I am still waiting for a call back for almost an hour now.

The good news is that I really love their product! I already have a furry friend who is using one of their porch pottys, and it's working perfectly fine. Overall, I think that the product is amazing and would definitely recommend it to other pet owners out there.

I gived Porch Potty three stars. The first time I called, the phone just rang and rang, and nobody picked up. Then another time I tried to look at their website on my phone, but it wouldn't let me see the whole thing and I had to squint to read it. I wish there were more coupons available and a better way to customize the small size portch potty. But when I called back and finally got through to someone, she answered all my questions and helped me pick out what was best for my puppy.

Overall, it was an okay experience, but the real test will be when I get my order and see if it works well. Then I'll decide if I want to recommend Porch Potty or order from them again. Thanks for listening!

The vids really helped me out a lot when decided to buy Porch Potty. They show everything you need to know to get started. When I was ordering, though, I wish there was an option to choose between a hose or basin. Some folks might prefer one over the other depending on how they use it. Maybe people could buy one and then pick up the other one later if they needed it.

Also, finding my cart wasn't so easy. I had to add another item just to see it and then delete that item. It could be easier to find or more obvious. And it was hard to see the return policy on the website. I had to look it up online and found out there's a 30-day policy, not just 7 days. I don't get why that's not right there on the site for everyone to see.

I'm like having problems with Porch Potty hose. It, like, leaks where it meets the drain and it's super annoying. Plus the directions were like confusing when it came to figuring out where the washers go. And then, the hose connection where you screw it into the top doesn't feel very secure, and that's probably why it leaks. Like, seriously, this product looks good, but it feels like they made it super cheap with the hose and hose connection. It's unfortunate, like, the hose doesn't even work properly, especially for a $300 product. I hope to find a DIY solution, so I can keep using it, but like, my friends who want to use the catch basin, I'll recommend it to them. But, anyone who plans to use the hose, which is like the main selling point, I like gotta warn them about the issues I'm having, like for sure.

And finally, the worst of the lot - that grey drain elbow on the drain hose... it's leakin' like a sieve. The connection between the potty and the elbow is crappy design-wise, and it just ain't holdin' up. Water and pee be drippin' all over the floor, and sometimes the pressure just ain't enough to make the water flow proper-like through that small hose.

Now, don't get me wrong - I know I ain't got no money tree in the backyard, but these Porch Potties are some of the most expensive things out there on the market. I was expectin' a bit more bang for my buck, y'know?
