HomeChoice is still taking money out of my installments as bank charges. I di direct payment from my account to their account (no middle man) but each time they deduct R7.40. This is nonsense. Two weeks back, I spoke to one of their consultants (Oscar) and he said they will refund all the deductions and pay them back into my account. This has not been done...

I signed up on line for appliance warranty coverage. After reading all bad reviews, I emailed and sent reg. Letter to cancel. The number listed on my bank acct. Says they have no records in my name. I have tried other sites, all with a similar name, and they also have not heard of me.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Ive been sending so many quires im so fat up
I bought curtains on the 26th of August 2023 (cash transaction). On the 28th of August the package was handed to your courier. It is now the 19th of September 2023. No delivery as yet. I have phoned your offices more than 5 times. Emailed you serveral times. This is the worst service ever!

I spoke to an agent today she promised to send me an email of my account statement but did not i am waiting impatiently.iam worried about the service
my iron stopped working end of October 2022.
the courier picked it up on the 18 November 2022.
i have been calling on numerous occasions and my call always gets cut .

I just checked my credit report and there are inquiries from homechoice from the 10th & 26th of october & the 4th of november.Kindly remove them as I haven't attempted to buy anything in the last few months.They are ruininng my credit record.
