This rental company is the worst I've ever dealt with
This rental company is the worst I've ever dealt with. The property manager was super rude and didn't want to help at all. But if your rent was even just one day late, he would come banging on your door with a furious attitude, demanding payment. He was the least helpful person you could ever meet!

I contacted one of their buildings at *** in Vancouver. They told me the apartment would be available to rent on August 1st and gave me an application. They contacted my previous landlord and my workplace, or at least that's what I thought. I sent two emails, but they didn't respond to either. Eventually, they emailed me saying, "***." My job and previous landlord are reliable, and my credit is good too. There's no logical reason why they would reject me and say they have someone else interested before me, especially after they said it was available. After reading some reviews, I'm actually glad I won't be giving this company any of my money.
