Invested PM has been managing my properties for the last 2 years and I gotta say, they're the real deal! My folks had properties too when I was growing up and I know firsthand how much work it takes to market your property, find good tenants, and keep everything in good shape. That's why having Invested PM on my side is such a blessing. They're super professional - I love their online landlord portal and automated deposit stuff. But what really sets them apart is their customer service. The Invested PM team is always on top of things and they keep me in the loop every step of the way. You can count on these guys!

Invested propert managment is not good. They don't care about my requests for help. My fridge was broken and they didn't fix it. The water heater was broken too and it was really cold. They also won't give me what I need like keys.

I went on Invested Property Management Group's website and it said that you need a credit score of 600+ to rent. I called them before applying to tell them about my situation and to see if it was okay to apply. The leasing agent said it was fine, so I paid the $50 per person for the application. There were three of us, including my dad who is old and doesn't work. But then they said our credit scores weren't good enough. This isn't what they said on their website or on the phone, so I wasted all that money for nothing! We met all the other requirements and I have a good rental history, but they didn't even consider that.

Me and my buds rented a place in *** from Invested PM starting on *** 15th 2021 until March 31st 2022. The landlord charged me $3013.00 for *** 2022 and won't give us our money back. We also haven't gotten any notice about our security deposit and it's been more than 21 days since our lease ended. We told them we were moving out way ahead of time, but the property manager was on vacay. We sent an official moveout request 30 days ahead of time, but the lease says we need to give 60 days notice. Invested PM told us we gotta pay for the time between us leaving and the new renters moving in, but they found new renters and their lease starts on *** 14th, 2022. Invested PM said we gotta pay for *** 1st-*** 14th, but that's not in our lease agreement. They charged our rental account for the whole month of *** 2022, even though we told them to take off the *** that's not in our lease. They haven't done anything to fix it and it's been 26 days since our lease ended. We also haven't gotten a list of what they're taking out of our security deposit or any confirmation that we're getting it back. We told them we're gonna complain to ComplaintsBoard.com and take them to small claims court.
