We had a great experience with TouchPoint. It's interesting that if you're just a respectful tenant and don't trash your rental, you get your whole security deposit back.

TouchPoint Property Management was absolutely terrible from the beginning to the end. The communication when we were trying to move into one of their properties was just awful. Our heat was out for a whole two weeks in February. Can you believe it? And then, they had the audacity to charge me for repairs that were clearly caused by normal wear and tear. It was a complete nightmare dealing with this company. I honestly have no idea how they are still managing to stay in business.
This company is a fruad
This company is a fruad. They never return your phone calls. Their website is a sample basic Generic email back stating the Property is off the market or already taken. But they still have you apply for the same property. You always get the answering service for any particular department that you choose to speak with. Everything is generic about the company. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE just Robotic. I had a horrible experience and I will tell my friends and family about my experience.

TouchPoint Property Management has been terrible to deal with. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with their staff, and they take forever to respond. None of their staff members have an email address that you can actually reply to, and leaving a voicemail through their automated system is a painfully long process. We were good tenants and always paid our rent on time, but they decided to end our lease right in the middle of a pandemic. They didn't even bother reaching out to the owner to see if we could extend our move-out date (even though we were willing to pay for it).
