Hobby Lobby Stores review: customer service

I went to hobby Lobby in search of some crochet hooks. A lady came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for a #3 crochet hook but I didn't find one. I thought about getting a 2.75 crochet hook but I decided to check Walmart to see if they had the hook I wanted. When I left, outside in the parking lot two employees stopped me and questioned me like a criminal about the crochet hooks. They asked me if I was going to pay for them. I didn't have any on me. I am disabled and in a scooter chair because I can't walk. They were very aggressive and hostile. I told them that they could check my basket if they wanted but they left. I didn't have bags or pockets on my clothing nor a purse, just wallet and cell phone. I felt very intimidated and upset. I felt like crying. I didn't do anything wrong. I have spent hundreds of dollars here and it was my favorite place to go . Now I don't feel comfortable. Today they lost a good customer
