My fridge that I paid 5500aud for broke down before easter. Had to wait four weeks for a technician, and when he came to fix, hitachi called me and said they would replace the fridge as it was unfixable.
Hitachi will not commit to a new date of delivery for my replacement

The customer care is awful and dont seem to care at all about someones easter being cancelled. I have 3 children and this has really started to affect our daily life.
I either want a full refund or a new fridge by friday cop or I am contacting fare trade australia for an outcome
