I got my car towed by Hilltop Auto & Towing

I got my car towed by Hilltop Auto & Towing. I paid $427.83 to get a lock cylinder put in the ignition switch, but they didn't do it. They said they did, but when I got the car back, the cylinder was still sealed in the package from the dealer. They didn't do any work on my car. I had to pay $120 to have it towed again. Luckily, a non-profit organization called Good Samaritan Ministries of Johnson City, Tennessee helped me with the funds to fix my 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. Ashley, the worker at Hilltop, returned $50 to me, but they still owe me more money since they didn't do any work on my car.
