My truck was towed on Nov 9th from 216 w fort Toulouse rd, incurring extra fees.

On Nov 9th my truck got towed from 216 w fort Toulouse rd, incurring a $15 fee beyond coverage. I left a $20 bill with my keys on the dash but received no change. On Dec 2nd, I called the tow company about the missing change. The representative informed me that drivers don't carry change and, after being put on hold, disconnected the call. Further attempts to resolve the issue through the coverage provider also resulted in unreturned calls and a filed complaint.
