On Nov 9th my truck got towed from 216 w fort Toulouse rd in ***. There was a $15 charge over what *** covered. I left my keys and a 20 dollar bill on the dash. No change was left. I contacted the tow company today Dec 2nd to let them know that I didn't get my change. The lady who answered said the drivers don't carry change. I asked to have the change mailed to me. I was put on hold and then got hung up on. I contacted *** again. The *** agent called all about towing and was told the driver should've left change and was put on hold and then hung up on. The *** agent then tried to call back but nobody answered. The agent said a complaint was filed in their system.
