My girl had a car accident in an undisclosed location on 3/30/2022 at an unspecified time. The police called Arrow Wrecker for assistance. Our car insurance covered roadside help. Her front left tire was damaged in the accident. Although we had a spare, the driver charged $185.00 to tow the car home. I'm questioning the company's practices. Was the driver avoiding work? Roadside assistance typically includes tire services, and this company claims to offer such services in partnership with insurance providers. It seems they exploited a vulnerable situation. I attempted to contact the company but received no response.
