My girl got in a car wreck in *** on 3/30/2022 at ***. The police called Arrow Wrecker to come out. We got roadside help on our car insurance. Her front left tire went flat during the accident. Instead of fixing the tire, the spare and *** were in the car, the driver charged her $185.00 to tow the car to her house. My beef is: Is this what they do all the time? Was the driver being lazy? Roadside help includes tire changing, this company says they do roadside help jobs and work with insurance companies. This company took advantage of a scared and nervous girl. I did try to get in touch with the company and haven't heard back.
