Big Valley Towing They messed up my bike and it's been 6 weeks and still no money from the insurance

They messed up my bike and it's been 6 weeks and still no money from the insurance. On Aug 8, 2020, I called *** to tow my 2013 *** after I got a flat in Primm. Big Valley Towing came after 90 mins and we were heading back to Vegas when the bike fell apart because of a broken tie down. We got another tow truck to take my bike to *** of Las Vegas on S. ***. They said it would be fixed soon and to talk to Jose at Big Valley Towing. I called him a bunch of times but nothing happened. It's been 6 weeks and I still haven't gotten any money back. I have to keep calling to find out what's going on.
