HGTV review: free gift subscription with renewal

Hi,

I received an "offer" from hgtv magazine stating the above if I renewed my subscription now.

So, the thing is my subscription ends in june of 2016 so this is a bit premature.

The cost would be $24.00 for both. A subscription is $19.99 or something like that... So... Why so early and why the lie that the second subscription is "free"?

I am not sure of the exact date of arrival however you can use todays date if you choose.
