I am share some services related issue by one of the showroom it is located in navrangpura (bikes hero)
Firstly i started about parking security not allow to park bikes it has enough speace for parking
Secondly talk about their staff they cant express their product reviews and specification related bikes
I was seated their almost 30’min
No one entertain related bikes feature and no one ask to what i want what I purchased
So kindly justifying this services about that showroom
Because i heard about hero is one of the best showroom services in india bt i cant see their

I am kamaljeet Singh from Chandigarh i have hero hf deluxe 2014 power start i have purchased hero gold life card point Thursday date 12/03/2025 I'm visiting in dealership my redeem points from my account for hf deluxe service I'm go to charisma hero Chandigarh they will not help me they said redeem points not working now Manager Sanam singh chouhan and Richa mam behaviours very very rudely with me I'm value customer for them and hero India but they are not resolved my issue hero gold life card redeem points yesterday 13/03/2025 I'm again visit service centre they will ask to me our system not working and not responding to me then I'm going to his sale's showroom at Chandigarh charisma hero and meet with dealer Sm Nachatar Singh he is not lesson my issue and deal only sale a customer he is offering a water bottle to seat there a customer come to showroom purchase a bike but not talk with me and not offer water bottle I'm very disappoint and feel very very rudaly behaviour with me then I'm again back to going service centre then I'm open my app redeem points 300 my app I have cash 300 coupon code in service then I'm talk with sanam Sir and richa mam they will not lesson me they are busy enjoy Music and song evan very advisor and workshops team full volume up to music sounds box at service centre then enjoy holi festival because holi festival day not in this day this working day but they're not responding and helping me then I'm complete my gold Life card request I'd is [protected] then hero sriganganagar team Gide me Sir do this then you redeem points alredy cut your service bill when service centre generate and make your bill then I'm explain to charisma hero Chandigarh pls do this when you generate bill then my 300 points redeem in my bill and I have a coupon 50% laber and 10% discount in all in show my app I will attach screenshot in Mail please check I'm discussed with them they will not give me this coupon discount to me then I'm pay 2589 i will pay to my bill attached file in Mail please check , they will not clear my bike, not cleared and shampoo, waxes in my bike i will pay to them all payment for this shampoo waxes and cleaning but he said not add money to bill but I'm add attachment file I'm pay to them for this paid service and all I'm come to my bike in on the way to my home i will see a noise in chain sprocket kit is sounding and very tit but suddenly I'm going back to service centre they will closed I'm slow drive then come to my house please I'm requesting to you resolved my mager issue chain sprocket kit and speed meter, my gold Life card 50% discount, clear and shampoo, waxes my bike my registration mobile no [protected]

Sir, my Motorcycle was handed over on 25/03/2025 for service ( change of head gasket, change of oil drainage plug, change of fork oil etc, But the vehicle returned on 11/04/2025 without proper bill (details of spare parts used, GST details etc). They told me that, the audit is goung on, hence bill can't able to issue and another reason is saying that the vehicle was purchased from not this showroom hence cant able to provide bill. Now the engine oil is drained. It is seen that the Unsatisfactory work.

Destiny scooty
I have bought the scoorty around 24th october 2022..and today is 10 october 2023 as i am Writing this. In this whole duration i have went for servicing 3-4 times. And 3-4 times faced same issue... It suddenly stops when starting with self. It just won't start, sometimes they say it is because winter, some rat cut your wire. But there are so many bikes scoorty are standing why it is my scooty only that rat bites every time. Lame reasons. I am not at all happy with this product of comply i would have bought a bicycle will be better. If there is anything u can do, exchange etc anything please do that. I have and still have pleasure scooty never face single isaue like this. This destiny is the worst product such a bad scooty never recommend thia to any one.
Today also i faced the same issue, already complaint to service center. Such a big company with such a bad product not expected.
Desired outcome: Changed the scooty, i will see of some other brand from same shop with that much budget only. But i will return this. Can not keep doing this forever.
Pleasure plus
I bought hero pleasure plus on 22 june 2022 and on 28 July self start stopped working. Showroom mechanic told you have to kick start daily morning otherwise battery will discharge or ride 40 km daily atleast. They took bike on 29 july and charged the battery and gave me bike back on 30 July afternoon. I took bike for trail ride and twice it got turned off on signal. When I stopped in between and tried to start by using self start it didn't work. After trying for 2 -3times it worked. In night after coming back i tried to use self start but it didn't work. I bought this from senthil bikes Kodambakkam. When I purchase it already there was a problem in petrol indicator. It was showing less petrol even though I filled full tank. I had bought the passion pro on 29-09-2017 from shiv samarth automotive margao branch, a sub-branch of verna, goa. It is only hardly 15 days. However, it has been giving severe starting problem. I had to stop two three times on the way and had to take the help of public to travel to my destination.
I am very much surprised about the quality of product of "hero". Previously when it was with "honda", the public were not put to such hardships.
Today also it has stopped on the way. Then i tried to contact your support staff on phone number [protected] who directed me to another number [protected], one mr.Kapil. He replied he may not be able to attend.
This kind of unco-operative service is also a blot on the "hero" brand.
I expect as a common layman immediate solution to all the problems my bike is having as it is hardly 15 days old.

Bike not starting without choke
My bought my bike in october 2015 and since them i am having the problem of bike not starting without choke if left standing for 3-4 hours even at the temperature of 35 to 40 degree celcius. I have shown it at hero servicing center several times but they are not able to deduct the problem. Please help as every time i go to the service center, they keep it for a day check it and return but problem remains the same.
Starting problem in my hero maestro edge from the beginning
I have purchased hero maestro edge on 09/11/2015 from metro motors rithala.On the next day when i start the scooter.Scooter is not starting even from chalk also the scooter is not start.This process is continue for 2 weeks then I have contacted customer support and lodge a complaint next day Mr.dharmendra of metro motors call me and tell me plz come tomorrow to service center.Then next day i have visited service center metro motors rithala.They tell me that there is a garbage in carborater.We will clean then this problem will not arise but on the next day i have started my scooter the same problem is happened the scooter is not starting.So I want a serious action by hero motorcorp to replace my vehicle with a new one because i have spent my 60000 if my vehicle is not even starting then my whole amount has eaten by hero.No other company scooter has this problem.My contact no is [protected]
Perennial problem with Hero Pleasure
I own a Hero Pleasure motorcycle(Engine no. –
JF16ECDGL-00056). I purchased this vehicle on the 16th of November
2013 and have owned this for approximately 1.5 years and have
undergone services from my nearby Hero authorized service
center(India Engineering Co. Salkia Howrah).
I have a weird issue with my bike. It has occurred on 3 occasions that
the valve timing fails and apparently the does vehicle not start. I
had to take it to the service center where they fixed the issue(please
note there is no easy fix for this as they had to open up the engine
service compartment). I was told that this is a perennial problem for
Hero motorcycles.
Since the vehicle is still under warranty, I had asked them to
permanently fix this, however they said that there is no permanent fix
for this and still there are some quack fixes for which I will have to
bear the cost.
Please help me understand why this perennial problem was not made
known to me while purchasing the bike. This issue occurs quite
randomly and has become a serious pain for me. I feel that I have been cheated. I tried dropping email to the customer complaint cell for Hero but haven't received any response from them. Neither I have been able to speak to a customer service executive as the customer service representatives seemed to be ever busy.
Engine Problem
We Have Bought New Bike From Hero Motocorp In April 2011.The Bike Is Still Under Warranty & There Some Noise In Crank Due To Which Yash Auto In Surajpur Changed Timing Chain And Charged Us For That Even The Bike Is Under Warranty.
Now They Refused To Resolve The Problem Under Warranty And Asking High Amount To Resolve The Problem.Our Bike Has Done Only 19000Kms & All The Maintenance Has Done By The Company Only.Still They Are Refusing To Resolve Our Problem Under Warranty.

Sir, I am sonic.T.N. I purchased a CBZ extreme on feb-5-11. I got an bike crash and alloy wheels were damaged, I send my bike to the purchased dealer(kalyan mobikes trichur in kerala) for claiming the parts on September-12. there was a communication mistakes among the officers in hero motocop. The parts which I have got was the wrong one for the back alloy wheel. Now I only want A BLACK BACK ALLOY WHEEL OF CBZ EXTREME 2010 MODEL .

complaint about poor quality of service and staff behaviour
Dear Sir, I Praveen Sharma form faridabad has purchased Super splendor bike in April`11 and I am not satisfied with the performance of the bike as there are problem i am facing as below
1) Bike is giving black smoke, 2) Bike`s avg is only 30-35kms whereas claim of 60-65kms/ltr, 3) bike has no pickup, and gives jerks 4) all the steel parts started rusting...and so on
In totality I am very upset with the overall performance of the bike and i am very surprised that quality of the Hero has downgraded whereas the prices have gone up. Whereas in the market in the same price you get more and better options. I purchased only that i have heard the Hero has good bikes but sorry ...I really want my money back...
