I wrote a bad review before - now it's a 4-star review and I can't change it. Another bad review disappeared too. I don't know what's up with ComplaintsBoard.com, but I hope they're fair and not just helping businesses. The boss hasn't replied to my complaint and I think Malcolm S is okay with cheating customers. It wasn't illegal, but it was wrong and I want my old review to show that.

I got my first bike from Malcolm Smith back in January

I got my first bike from Malcolm Smith back in January . They were all real helpful, but then I had a bit of a mishap in May . I got insurance to cover the repairs, but since then, Malcolm Smith has had my bike. They said it would be fixed by August, then October, then December, and now it's almost the end of January 2022 and they're still saying it's not ready. They keep blaming it on the global shipping mess, but I work in this field and I know they could do better for their customers. I'm paying $200 a month for a bike I haven't had since May . After my accident, I was too scared to ride, so I put my bike up for sale. But I've had to turn people away because I don't know when I'll get my bike back. I want compensation for the money I've spent on the bike, but Malcolm Smith won't do anything about it. They just keep saying "there's nothing we can do." It's ridiculous and I'm fed up with it.
