Heritage came to Tampa Fire Rescue in April 2022 with the promise of pictures on metal and year book in 8-12 months. While they did send a digital file and regular print pictures they have still not produced the year book or metal pictures. When I emailed them they stated they are waiting on content for the year book. I have asked if they contacted the department for content and have had no reply. My next email is going to Jimmy Patronis CFO of Florida and Ashley Mooney States Attorney. Almost two years is an absurd wait time.
Recommendation: Would not recommend this company

Hello!
I am with Heritage Portraits and Albums. We received the content for the Tampa Fire Rescue Captain Henry Williams II album on April 28, 2025. While we strive to complete all albums promptly, the design phase cannot begin until we have received all the necessary content, which forms the core of the book.
Currently, the content is undergoing design review and is in the queue as it progresses through the department's internal workflow. We dedicate our full attention to each album individually to ensure the highest quality, and this process takes time.
