Heritage Portraits & Albums review: Fire department yearbooks never delivered

In May/June 2023 this company did a photo shoot of our department. We had to do some reshoots which were done later that year. Since then we still do not have a delivered yearbook. Not even a proof book that was promised over 8 months ago. It is now over two years later with nothing. A complaint with the BBB of Alabama has also gone unanswered by Heritage. They never respond to emails or answer phones. All voicemail boxes are always full. Most of the website links on their page show “deleted by author”.
