A week ago I was scrolling FB and saw an ad for Hello Fresh offering free meals if you ordered so many boxes. I clicked on the ad scrolled around and X'd out of it and moved on. Today a box was delivered to my house with 3 of the same meals. I did not order it, I didn't input payment info I didn't choose meals or confirm anything. I called and was told that clicking on the ad reactived by account ( from 2018!). They refused to give me my money back ($90.00).

Claimed loss: $89

Desired outcome: Refund
