I bought the Fudge roll cake online which has whip cream on the top of it. I picked up the cake yesterday and it was in a closed box and it had my name on the box. I drove home and after we opened the box we found out that the cake has a lot of nuts instead of the wipe cream. We all don’t like to eat nuts! It started to trigger allergies.

I called the store and of course they have no idea how the mistake happened and they don’t even feel bad that they ruined the celebration for us.

It seems no quality assurance or control exist in there process.

I even sent them a picture of what I got so they can compare it to what I should have received.

I asked for an apology email, and of course it didn’t happen. I asked myself what should I expect from anyone doesn’t want to hold themselves accountable! or be responsible for their own mistakes!

Well, now I know for sure I am not going to buy any Baskin-Robbins products for at least the next 10 years.

I went to Baskin Robbins on in San Leandro, CA on 11-3-23. The young lady came from the back scratching her head asking me if she could help me. I told her she was scratching her head, and she could start by washing her hands. She also did not wear the gloves they have when serving the ice-cream. This young lady was EXTREMELY RUDE, I asked her name, and she did not want to give it to me. I contacted Baskin Robbins, waiting for someone to get back to me. I will never visit that establishment again.

My next stop is the Board of Health.

Ordered a small photo ice cream birthday cake Don't get me wrong it was delicious, but it was smashed on one side, icing was covering his dog just absolutely disgusted after what we were charged for this tiny cake and it was for my father's 80th birthday. This will teach me to look inside the box before I pick up a cake from you guys ever again I do feel that you owe me a reimbursement for this I would truly appreciate it thank you so much. Today 8-21-23 i went to the Baskin Robbins in Platteville WI. I ordered a waffle cone, after pulling away I took a bite, the cone was soggy, chewy and had an odd taste. When I Returned the share my concerns, no apology, they tried to explain the cones are made fresh so they have no crunchy cones, i shared it also had an odd taste, again excuses. They offered me a cake cone or sugar and they gave me a cake cone. I never complain and it seems trivial but the fact there was no ownership for the situation apology makes me sad especially since we are a small community. Sadly I will not be returning.

I made an order for a birthday cake for a family member and I called to check to see if my order was ready to pick up and I introduced myself to the person who answer the call and asked for their name so I know who I was speaking to but they refused to give me their name.

I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager since they didn't feel comfortable and they hung up on me. I called back and asked why (the same person answer the phone) they hung up and they said they didn't want to help me and that they are the manager. I asked to speak to someone who could help me. They said no and I said I would file a report against you TODAY.

This was very bad customer service and I have no way of knowing if my order is ready for pickup.

I Placed a Order using https://baskinrobbins.dotpe.in/order?utm_source=wa this link and paid the money when delivery person reached store they said they didnt received any order and they denied to give ordered items also when delivery person showed the invoice they rejected after some time i received notification saying order is delivered .

i didnt receieved any order or refund of the order .

Provided wrong cak order and never received the purchased sherbert.

I was visiting Baskin Robbins in Abilene tx on south 14th during the morning today. As I was waiting for my order I witnessed something I didn't like. I saw multiple customers waiting in line to be helped least 6 to ten in line. . I saw a male worker exit the kitchen and go to the register to help the long line. I then saw a oversized which looked like manager into the kitchen to help a Hispanic guy working who didn't even have a uniform on. . Regular clothes. I few min later saw the gentleman go back to the kitchen . Very shortly after I saw the oversized lady tell at him like he was doing something wrong. He was not standing around but kept moving and was wrking. but what I saw was tending to the customers. Y did he get yelled at? No one was helping the register I noticed . I became questionable about this location.

My self musthafa talabath delivery boy I have a complaint regarding basking robins fahad al ahmed (kuwait) .Sir in the date of 6th August 2022 I have an order fahad al ahmed branch 11.45 pm in this date I will try go to the restaurant to pick the order after he put in talabath system “ready for pickup” the counter staff didn’t gave the order also he wasted my 45 minutes there due to this reason customer canceled the order .this is not my first experience sir it’s as usual here for more details you can examine your cctv footage . 6 month before i have another experience from this branch I was take an order from fahad al Ahmed same branch and same staff told me He came here for the post of manager not like you ordinary worker or driver .

This kind of staff will lost baskin robin good will Remaining all basking staff good and very fair dealings

employee refused to serve patron between 9:49 am at drive through and inside store. employee stated baskin robbins was closed. store closing hours advertised at 10 pm.

Yesterday July 2 past 8pm we placed an order through talabat, we received the order but immediately noticed that just after 3days it would go bad/expired. Do you really served your ice cream cake even if it’s just few days before it expires? Like I think it’s unacceptable - correct me if I’m wrong. I’ve attached the photo of expiry we found in the packaging.

We have a bad experience last Sunday.

After we finish our ice cream, then we have seen few customers looking for a seat then we clean the table ourselves and want to throw the ice cream container and tissues, then we are going to ask one of the staff - a Chinese girl called "Shi Ming" where the rubbish bin. She has eye contact with us but she ignores us and then shows us a black face. Then we go to the counter side asked another staff where the rubbish bin, the staff just anyhow pointing, didn't show us properly, then we bring the ice cream container and tissues to go around and find the rubbish bin, finally is the customer who is sitting there show us the correct way of rubbish bin.

They just saw it and don't take any action to help us. We are trying to help them and let the next customer have a seat but their attitude has problems, please improve your staff service, thank you.

I went to Baskin & Robbins planning to get a Bunch of Ice Creams coz its my Son Bday tomorrow while I’m choosing different kind of Flavours maybe just took me not too long to choose coz im planning to get many.. then a staff approach me rudely that her actions not sooo pleasant if im done or not, then I approach her why she treated me that way seems like you hurriedly to me to be done. She said we have a long day at work she even put her both arms in her waist! and the Manager defended her as well that they both long day at work coz they going to closed at 10 pm I came like 9:40 so its like took me to choose bunch of ice cream like 1 minute?! So replied them likewise me I have long day at work too that day.. its not an excuse that the reason you’re tired and you approach rude to a customer?! They should still act to the customer pleasant friendly & professional!

For 40 years Baseball nut has been our favorite flavor.

so, the first time we found it in pints at our Safeway we were happy to see

we bought it only the find no blackberry syrup in the 3 pins I purchased.

so, I know you probably do care, as you get so many complaints but at least I feel better. Plus you may make some changes so it doesn't happen to others.

This complaint goes out to all Baskin Robbin stores. When ordering a two or three scope sundae you should have a price on the menu for adult scopes. I'm an adult and I don't want baby scopes with my sundae. It makes me feel like I have been cheated. Please give the customer what they want. Baby scopes for a sundae are unacceptable. I was just told I need to add more to my complaint and I have nothing more to say about this so pleas read it.

I'd like to start with the service from the two young ladies was great. They were very congenial

But, the ice cream I was served for myself, my wife, and my granddaughter was very soft and tasteless. My teenage granddaughter actually dumped the ice cream and just ate her waffle cone.

We had 5 different flavors : chocolate fudge, mint chocolate chip, cookies and cream, cookie dough with chocolate chips, peanut butter and we all thought the flavor was about a 4 out of 10.

$15 wasted - Very dissatisfied

I brought 1 liter of dark chocolate and got 4.50 grams also brought 700ml of starwberry icecream and got 368 grams . What the hell is going on here in India.I should get what I paid for and what according to Indian standard weights and measures. This complete fraud done in this country. Please help me understand why this is being allowed in our country and who has allowed this weight and measures to be skewed and allowed to operate on our soil.
