I received a discount code for the company so I went on to my account which I haven't used since 2019 and added some meals to my basket to see how much the discount would take off. I didn't do anything after that as I was going on holiday and didn't require a box (plus I wasn't really sure I wanted one, I was just intrigued on how much these boxes were these days) next I hear is there is a box being delivered to me today. I have tried ringing customer services who said it was my fault because I didnt cancel in the 5 days before period, but how would I know to cancel if I didnt know i'd ordered. The gentleman wasnt sympathetic at all, and to be fair it sounds like this happens all the time.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the box i wasn't aware i had ordered.
