For perspective I’m a long time customer and have ordered 110 boxes so far. I. Hello fresh has failed to deliver my order twice in the last month. It’s incredibly disappointing considering I look forward to my hello fresh meal, meal plan around my Wednesday delivery, and don’t enjoy being left without a dinner plan. To top it off when I called to complain they said they would credit the initial order (set to be delivered Jan 7) and I’ve been charged every week since, no credit was ever issued. At this point I want a refund for both orders and I’m ready to consider alternatives.
