I have been trying to reach a live person via chat. My wait time gets increased rather than decreased. I have sent an e-mail before and all I get is an automated response to call. If I call right now I’ll probably be waiting hours or get hung up on. There clearly is not enough agents working to accommodate the increased calls, chats, and e-mails. All I want to know is whether I will get my box on Monday as scheduled? I did not get my box this week and there is another winter storm going across the US this weekend.
Desired outcome: I just what to know if I will get my box that is scheduled to come to me in Florida on Monday.
