HelloFresh Automatically signed me up!

I received a discount code from my friend and decided to try HelloFresh. Everything was fine, I made an order and received it quit fast. Food was delicious and tasty and I really enjoyed their attached recipes. But as soon as I used the code and provided my credit card details they automatically signed me up without my permission! I never said that I wanted to sign up, all I wanted was to try their service! Called HelloFresh and asked them to cancel my subscription but it was not done! I'm very disappointed with HelloFresh service.

I too wanted to give Hello Fresh a try, my first week order was ok with the exception of my lemons being dried out a bit definitely not fresh. I decided not to order again and about a month later checking my bank account they had automatically debited 41.00 dollars out of my account and sent me a meal plan I didn’t pick or ask for, one of the meals being pork chops and I don’t even eat pork!
I contacted their customer service and the rep I spoke to was very apologetic and immediately set up a refund for the order with no problem and made sure my service was canceled with Hello Fresh. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone after this experience though.

This is Jordan, our community team lead at HelloFresh. I just wanted to clarify and explain why you were charged. We are an automatic weekly delivery service, and we do our best to make our subscription policies as transparent as possible before and after checkout (see screenshots). We remind you of this policy clearly at checkout and in two reminder emails between checkout and cutoff time.You can cancel your subscription at any time before Wednesday at 11:59pm, the week prior to delivery for weekday deliveries, and before Monday at 11:59pm, the week of, for Saturday deliveries. Please email communityteam@hellofresh.com, and we will make it right.

HelloFresh Impossible to pay for the boxes with vouchers

I ordered boxes of food from the website www.hellofresh.com. I wanted to use vouchers, when I needed to pay for the boxes, but the website showed error, when I indicated the code on my voucher. I contacted the customer services and asked to help me, but the guy told me that they couldn’t take these vouchers as a payment. I asked why, but this guy started to tell some [censored]. Bad services and don’t use their vouchers.

HelloFresh They didn't deliver food and took larger sum than needed

We ordered food from the website www.hellofresh.com. But our order hasn’t been delivered. As well as these jerks overcharged us. They took additional sum for the dish, which we haven’t ordered. WTF? We tried to reach these jerks, but they of course tried to avoid all communication with us. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

I previously cancelled Hello Fresh. I received your product again costing me $104 It happened 04/30/2025 Not pleased with your service I should not have to pay for something I didn't order. I want no more orders from this company. And no more charges. It is only my husband and myself and those dinners are too much for us. PLEASE! No more orders!

Cancelled account online and called to ask for refund and cancelation. Receiving another box this week and charged. Company claims I did not cancel account, just the box. I cancelled online thr week prior.

have cancelled my membership to 'Hello Fresh' due to charges to my credit card when there is a balance on my gift card. Charges to my credit card should be reimbursed via PAYPAL. $18.34 on 12/24/2023 and $11.73 on 12/31/2023

Please do not send me anymore of your Just fresh food parcels l am completely un satisfied by them and l only ordered a sample pack to try and now found out your sending me more, your food is of low quality and of the cheapest ingredients, sorry but l wouldn't give that sort of food to anyone, Mr, Peter Bernice,

I never had my free box, no one answer phone, a [censored]ing bot try to resolve the problem. I can't talk to a human and they make me loop around in their website.

Hello, So ive cancelled my hello fresh account. but they took money out of my account even when, 1. didn't order anything 2. don't use hellofresh anymore 3. have already cancelled my plan and subscription.
