Helium Hotspot Miner

I recently placed an order on helium.cn.com for a Helium Hotspot Miner. Unfortunately, it has been almost a week since I made the purchase and I have yet to receive any indication that the product has even been shipped to me. Beyond this frustrating lack of information, I have also tried reaching out to their customer service department via email but have received no response.

As someone who has eagerly anticipated the arrival of this miner, the lack of communication from helium.cn.com has left me feeling incredibly disappointed and uncertain about when or if I will finally receive my order. I understand that delays can happen, but the least any reputable company can do is communicate consistently and honestly with their customers.

Overall, I am left with a negative impression of my experience with helium.cn.com and would caution others against using this website for future purchases. If they can improve their customer service and provide timely and reliable updates about orders, they may be able to earn back trust from their potential clients. Until then, however, I cannot recommend them.
