I am a 55 yr. old female that is handicapped/disabled. HEB in Temple (north store- 1314 W. Adams Ave.- [protected]) has an employee that doesn’t allow me to park in handicapped parking. I have had bilateral knee replacements and my balance is poor. I have a valid placard for the vehicle as well as paperwork. I am on full disability. Every time she harasses me, I call the managers when I get home. This is usually in the evenings. This has been going on for months. People claiming to be managers state they will write a report and have a higher manager call me. The last time I was at the store a few weeks ago, she approached my car and said someone made a complaint about me parking there. I said I didn't care. She said, "Someone might call the police on you." Again, I said I didn't care. She stormed into the store and got a cell phone from the manager, Jason, and called the police on me standing close to my car. Jason, store manager for the evening, stated that it was in regards to the vehicle next to me, which was not true and took her word over mine. The vehicle was properly parked and she only talked to me. There is only one handicapped parking spot at the start of some rows of parking in the lot. The police did show up but couldn't site me, as I had done nothing wrong. I asked the police if she could be charged with harassment and they stated no. My son, Jesse, who is home from college, has observed a few of these instances including the last one. He was coming out when she ran in to get a cell phone from the manager, Jason. The management of the store has yet to contact me. I talked to Michael Reeves, loss prevention manager over most central Texas stores after I had been told she wouldn’t be there any more by someone else and was still there. Michael Reeves stated he fired her. I have not been back to the store. Michael Reeves promised me that the store manager would meet with me when she returned from vacation. That never happened. I want to know why they allowed this and defended her over me when they weren't outside seeing what she was doing to me. My son witnessed a few of these occasions and was there for the last one. The manager, Jason, stood up for the guard and when I asked if he was choosing her over my business he stated, "have a nice night." That was it. The head manager doesn't care enough to contact me. I spoke with Michael Reeves yesterday and asked why she never called. He said she's been on vacation but the dates he gave me shows she has been back for awhile. I just can't believe that no one cares and this isolated incident between her and me is unprovoked and boggles my mind. I don’t know this person and have never seen her before this. Please, if you can't help at least refer me to someone that can. The store needs to make this right with me and obviously won't on their own. This worker allows her boyfriend to park in that handicapped space. He walks from the bench where they sit together back to his car and doesn't have a placquard or plates indicating he has a disability. He is not shopping but there to see her. Two of the managers said they had been trying to get rid of her as they had a lot of complaints about her. This is harassment and abuse of the handicapped/disabled and elderly. I would let my son out and be afraid to go into the store for fear that my car would be towed while I was in the store. I usually drove around and had my son run in but I like to pick out things for myself. I have tried numerous times to get the manager of the store to talk to me and have been told several lies about when she will call by Michael Reeves and other staff. There is a notebook where managers write in problems that they had on their shift. There should be several regarding my complaints. Michael Reeves said he personally had a conversation with the manager and she would contact me after her vacation but then he would be on vacation. No one wants to take responsibility for what happened. She would usually walk up to my car and tell me I can’t park in handicapped parking. I showed her my placard the very first time. Other times she would come up and knock on my window and shake her finger at me when I was in handicapped parking. One day I had the window down and she came up and leaned into my car and asked how I was doing looking around in my car. She has told me more than once I can’t park in handicapped parking. The last time there was when she called the police on me. after beating down my window 3 times. The general manager has never called me until 5 months later when I brought in my local Congressman at his choice repulsed by what was going on and made a point never to do that and have had advocacy groups helping me to not be ignored. The general mgr. of the store talked down to me like I had a mental impairment instead of a physical one. She said she hadn't called but was aware of what was going on. For God sake, why didn't she stop this then? She wanted to talk to me about my "little incident." She said that person has been fired- took an act of God on my part. She didn't "want to overwelm me by talking to so many people." The most lame excuse I have ever heard and she is the general manager of the store. Going to the mats.

Hello,
I have been shopping at your Friendswood Texas store for many years and have been purchasing your HazelnutPoppyseed Bread, several months ago I noticed that the bread was not cooked thourghly so I stopped buying it and went to a different store for my bread. Approximately two weeks ago I started buying the bread again and to my surprise the same problem. Now I know a little about making bread since I do so myself at times. The bread is not being let rise long enough and then taken out of the oven before it is thourghly cooked. Please advise your course of action in this matter before I spend any more money on bread that is not cooked. I might add at the price the bread is a loaf I have spent hundreds of dollars and do not want to continue throwing bread in the garbage.
5 years @ approximately.3.50 once per week. do the math.
Sincerely,
Gladys Rpdriguez
