HDFC bank — customer care executive
Pathetic, unprofessional, uneducated help desk people are recruited in Hdfc kolhapur central bus stand branch.The executive called yogesh kept me waiting for 25 min he had no idea how to print consumer durable statement.first he send me to Neha Madam then she again send me to him.at the end statement has no name, Acc number on it. I requested Neha Madam to give me email id so that I can raise a complain against Mr. yogesh at front desk she told me that she was personally present when all this happened and will look in to the matter and speak with manager. I Mr. yogesh has no professionalism and ethics of working in reputed organization like Hdfc.
I hope our complain will be considered and serious action will be taken.
