Hazelton's review: 1 star is too much for this company

I ordered anice basket for Valentyine's day for my girlfriend in Canada, this was about 4 or 5 days before Valentine's Day (as of today, late march, still nothing has arrived). They refunded what they wanted to refund (60 CAD taking away their "costs" (obvuiously after 200 emails, a BBB report and a bank dispute). Don't ever click buy with these people, you'll get ripped. I have a coimplaint filed at the BBB and as dispute with my bank. They will say the policies and their fine print shield them from all. Terrible experience, so sorry i had the misfortune of buying something from them.
