Delivery of broken bed frames

I paid for "set up partners" to deliver and set up a Harmony King Split adjustable bed. One bed frame was set up, I saw that it was broke. I told set up team. They called the shipping manager. Won't replace defective bed despite proof

I was pleased at first when we had a live person answering the phone and they seemed helpful when asking questions and price matching Amazon. When we received the split king adjustable beds and opened them we had a problem with one. It was almost an inch different in height and corners were not square but bent.
