Your store here on the island is out of Outshine Tangerine bars 9 of 10 times I shop. Until recently it only had one row wide while every other Outshine bar had two. The movement is more than many of the other flavors so I mentioned it to George the frozen food clerk. He said he would fix it and widened it to two rows. It was still out of stock on my three recent visits, August 1, 9, 10. Today I asked the store manager in charge, Kenny, I believe, to check the back stock. He came back and said there were none in the back. I suggested that they (the store) re-allocate enough room so this flavor would not always be out of stock as I can't believe every other flavor and type of Outshine bars deserve equal facing. His response was that "corporate" sets the plan-o-grams and the store can't change any facings. I wonder when anyone visiting the store from "corporate" took the time to walk the frozen section to make sure everything was per plan-o-gram. I do know that if i were running the store I would either re-allocate the section to give adequate space to the flavor that is continuously out, or always carry backstock. I worked in the food industry for over 40 years and know that a store can make adjustments to keep inventory in stock. Your manager's answer was the easy way out and I am upset with the actions being taken to address it.
